  I just got this email and the links in the e-mail are sketch – is this legit?

  That sounds like an email we would have sent.

  However, the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of any upgrades.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
