domain mapping error

  I had purchased a premium account for $99 for domain mapping, but on opening my mapped domain in browser I am getting this error – ‘ Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. ‘

  My billing details under Manage Purchases show this upgrade has been purchased on Dec.8 2015. So why is the error there?

  Hi there,

  You purchased a Premium Plan and domain mapping upgrade in December 2015, as indicated on your billing history. You did not renew those upgrades in December 2016, so they expired and were subsequently removed from your account.

  If you still want to use that domain with your WordPress.com site, you need to purchase a new Plan at My Site ->Plans, and then you can add a new domain mapping upgrade at My Site ->Domains ->Add.
