DOMAIN MAPPING ERROR

    Hi, all of a sudden there is a domain error on our site, but when I try to checkout the cart for the domain mapping, it says ‘Sorry, that plan isn’t compatible with this site.’ So our previously connected domain is no longer working, and I can’t order the domain mapping upgrade. Help, our site is down…

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.
