Domain mapping expired but paid

  I’ve paid my domain mapping for one year, on September 4th, 2015. The paypal ID is: 9LA615788D776843P and the payment appears on my WordPress Desktop.

  But now the system says that it is expiring on October 15th, 2015, when it is suposed to expire on September 2016.

  I need a solution for this.
