Domain Mapping for 10 Years?

    To whom it may concern:

    I would like to map my wordpress site to a domain name that I already own. However, I would like to purchase the mapping for 10 years ( due to funding restrictions renewal can be an issue). Can WordPress pro-rate mapping for 10 years?

    Currently you can only buy for one year at a time. The staff have assured us that coming “soon” will be a grand whiz bang new ability renew for more than one year and a lot of other features –

    I will flag this for the staff to see if they have defined “soon” yet. I also would like to be able to renew for more then one year and I have seen several people that were traveling and had renewal issues that could have been addressed by being able to renew into the future.

    No. All upgrades are for 1 blog and for 1 year only at this time.

    We will eventually have the ability to bulk-renew upgrades, probably by the time your next renewal is up, though I don’t see any upgrades on your account right now.

    If traveling is an immediate concern, you can manually renew any upgrade a month prior to expiration.
