Domain Mapping HELP! [MODLOCK]

I am getting this error message when I input my domain:
“Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.”
For the life of me I can’t figure out why.

Are you aiming to host toptiermaids.com on WordPress.com? Or is it a site you have hosted on a webhost such as GoDaddy?
If it is a site here, you need to log into your domain registrar and set the nameservers for toptiermaids.com to point to WordPress.com as described here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
Also, you appear to have a WordPress.com Premium plan, if you are hosting your site on another webhost, you do not need any WordPress.com upgrade plans and I can refund that for you.
