Domain mapping issue

  I posted a bit earlier and came to the conclusion the issue was with a different host for my site.

  However, I have realized my site was actually hosted here. The wordpress site is:

  https://coloniallabs.wpcomstaging.com/

  However, now I don’t see this site listed in my websites because I bought a personal plan in hopes of fixing the issue. Can someone help me figure this out? I need to at least get access to the backup of my site or have it restored. What do I need to do?

  coloniallabs.wordpress.com shows the correct statistics on jetpack for the history of my site, but the site contents are gone. When the site went down this morning, The URL was changed to https://coloniallabs.wpcomstaging.com/ .

  So where can I get the backup of my site? It was fine yesterday and for months before that.

  Hi there,

  That site was on the eCommerce plan but it has since expired and the site was downgraded to the Free plan. This means that all of its contents have been removed from our systems.

  However, I see that you have since moved the site to a different host and you can access it from luxpharm.net.
