Domain Mapping Issue

    Hi, I have the exact same problem as described in this post: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/how-can-i-move-all-my-post-to-domain-i-bought-from-you?replies=3#post-683681

    I emailed WordPress a couple times to change the mapping of my blog as well, but I’ve not yet received a response. Since the above post received a very speedy reply, I thought I’d try to post in a forum to see if I also received timely help. Here are the details of my situation:

    I would like to point elizabethsurles.com, which I own and recently registered and paid for through WordPress.com, to the blog elizabethsurles.wordpress.com. Elizabethsurles.com is currently pointing at the wrong blog–elizabethsurlesdotcom.wordpress.com–which I would like to delete.

    We Volunteers who answer support questions are unable to help as we do not have backend access to blogs; only Staff do. Have you contacted Staff? If not the here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.
