Domain mapping refund

    Hello.
    I cancelled my personal upgraid, what included a domain mapping.
    I recevied a confirmation of the refund for the upgrade, but I was charged for the domain mapping with 13usd.
    The cancellation email says to get the whole refund, I have to contact the WordPress support, but it is not available for me anyomre, since I dont have an upgraded account anymore, besides this public forum, so I dont know how to reach them.
    I cancelled on the first day, so I think according to them, that part should be refunded as well: Domain mapping upgrades (using an existing domain registered at another registrar) falls within our 30-day refund window.
