Domain Mapping Refund

  I would like to request a refund for the domain mapping fee I paid yesterday. I did not realize that my GoDaddy domain has WordPress included.

  I would also like to request a domain mapping refund as I also have GoDaddy already. The blog I need to be refunded is katiehodsoncouk.wordpress.com which was being used by my domain katiehodson.co.uk

  I’ve refunded the mapping portion of the plan you cancelled, but please keep in mind that the WordPress offered by GoDaddy refers to the self-hosted WordPress.org software, which is quite a bit more complicated to use than WordPress.com.

  We’re not able to help you with that version of WordPress, so if you need any help, please post in the WordPress.org forums instead:

  For account or upgrade-related issues, please start your own thread in future, as we don’t have any of your account info available in our internal tools if you post into someone else’s thread.

  I’ve refunded the mapping portion of your plan, but also please read what I wrote above regarding the different versions of WordPress.
