Domain Mapping Refund

  I purchased a Personal plan thinking that it would accomplish what I needed from WordPress – I was mistaken and refunded the plan. However, $13 was deducted from my refund amount for the Domain Mapping which was retained. I removed the Domain Mapping afterward, but have yet to be confirmed a refund of that last $13. Is it done separately, if at all?

  I’ve just refunded you $13 for domain mapping — your plan has now been refunded in full.

  Refunds usually take 7-14 days to process and show up on your statement. In the meantime, you can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
