Domain Mapping Renewal

  How do I renewal my domain mapping when I am not the original admin who set it up? The original domain mapping was setup by another administrator on this account but he is out of the country and unable to renew. Yet I am also an administrator but it doesn’t seem like I have access to do this. What can I do to add a new credit card for automatic renewal from my end?

  I have flagged this for staff attention to help

  But probably the original Admin will need to request the domain mapping be moved to your account – I have not seen a way for a second person to renew an upgrade –

  The upgrade will need to either be renewed by the owner, or we’ll need to receive a transfer request from the owner.

  Alternatively, you could wait for the upgrade to expire and then re-purchase it under your account.

  Thanks Macmanx. How does the owner request a transfer of ownership? Who will he needs to contact?
