Domain Mapping Renewal

Hi there,
I’ve been sent an email letting me know that I need to renew my domain mapping service through WordPress, which I would very much like to do. When I click through the link on the email I don’t see an option for renewing domain mapping, only for upgrading.
This is probably really obvious, but where can I got to renew my domain mapping?
Any help you could offer would be much appreciated,

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.

Thank you for this reply – unfortunately due to the way my email notifications are setup, I missed your message. Which has been quite helpful.
My site (freespiritfilm.co.uk) is now offline because I didn’t manage to figure out how to renew my domain mapping. I’ve just tried the route you suggested and the message I receive is: “www.freespiritfilm.co.uk is already mapped to a WordPress blog.”
Please help me – I do appreciate your initial response.

Can you check the email address that the notification was sent to, and then enter that into the password recovery system:
http://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
…that should get you into the correct account. Remember to check for the email address that the notification was SENT to, not just where it arrived. If you have email forwarding set up, the two can be different.
