Domain Mapping Renewal

I’ve been trying to renew a mapped domain (blog.yourwatercolorado.org), which is set to expire in three days, but there is no way to renew or insert payment info. When I click on the domain and ‘payment settings,’ WordPress just shifts me back to a mostly blank purchases page with the option to upgrade. There is no button to ‘renew now,’ like you show on the support page. I’d like to renew before our domain mapping expires!

I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

I’ve figured out which account owns the domain mapping upgrade. Is there a way to transfer that ownership to the main admin account (coloradofoundationforwatereducation) that I was posting under before? -
