Domain Mapping set to expire

  I can’t find the place to pay the $13 to renew the domain mapping for my site, outofourmind.net. Let me know, please.

  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  The notice was sent to my (email visible only to moderators and staff) account. It’s supposed to be for the outofourmind.net site.

  If you can provide me a link or idea where to go, I’ll take care of it.

  Hi there,

  What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access so that you can pay for the upgrade.
