Domain mapping update

Hello, I need to update my domain mapping but am getting a message on my account stating that I am ‘no longer a user and cannot manage this purchase’.
I’m able to log in to the site with no issue, so I should still be a user. Can you please advise?

Hi there,
The domain mapping upgrade for that domain used to belong to the user
johgananda, who also owned the Business Plan on that site.They cancelled that Business Plan and the domain mapping upgrade in November 2018.
Your account was removed from that site in December 2018, so that mapping upgrade should not be on your account at all any more. It looks like our system added that automatically because you were the owner of the site at one point, but the current owner of the site is the account,
snugget84, and only that account has the ability to manage upgrades or add users to the site.I’ve gone ahead and moved that domain mapping to their account, as the mapping should not be in your account in the first place – it’s not an upgrade your account paid for and you are no longer the owner or an admin on that site.
Please contact the owner of the
snugget84account directly if you should still have access to this site. They’ll need to contact us to either add a new Business Plan to the site, or else properly downgrade the site to the free plan, before they’ll be able to add you back as a user and for the site to work properly again.
