Domain Mapping Upgrade

  You emailed me on September 2nd and requested that I needed to upgrade my domain mapping and DNS settings and I complied paying you the fee and changing the settings. However, I already pay for the use of WordPress through my Network Solutions package. When I changed all my settings my blog disappeared as you mislead me in thinking that I had a different hosting service. I have since spoken to Network Solutions to put my blog back online with their settings and hoping that will happen in a few hours. Please refund that upgrade charge of US $13 as soon as possible. And just for the record – You guys really need to get phone support! Leslie Stifelman
