Domain mapping will expire

  When I go to where it says it looks to me like I have updated my credit card but I keep getting these messages that my domain mapping will expire. I do not kow what do now. When I wrote before I just got told to do what I have already done multiple times. HELP.

  Hi there,

  The domain mapping upgrade on your site belongs to the username, professormeier. You need to be logged in as that username to renew the mapping.

  I see you’ve bought a Personal Plan to try and renew it. You can either cancel and refund the personal plan, then log into the correct account and renew the mapping only.

  Or, comment here as professormeier and give me permission to transfer the domain mapping over to your nicholasmeier account. Then I can renew the mapping using the free domain included in your Personal Plan.

  Please do that–I did not realize I had two accounts. Can you transfer the domain mapping to the nicholasmeier account? Also, is the domain mapping what allows me to use nichoalsmeier.com as me web address for my page?

  I’ve moved the mapping over to the other account and linked it with your plan. I’ve also refunded the $13 you paid for the mapping renewal, as that is covered by the cost of your plan. You should receive the refund in about 10 business days.

  The mapping upgrade is what allows you to use your domain with your WordPress.com site, yes. In future that will renew automatically when your plan is renewed.
