  hello dear , trying to connect to Domain Transfer Management i get the following message

  Uh oh!
  Hmm. Something went wrong.
  If you’re having trouble managing your domain transfer, please contact support.

  can you please help me to confirm my site tranfer ?

  I can confirm your domain is transferred and now the registrar shows as: Hosting Concepts B.V.

  thank you , but the status indicates that the status is locked and client tranfer prohinited….. i have unlocked the domain , several days ago ….
  Please read :

  Name Servers: ns1.wordpress.com, ns2.wordpress.com, ns3.wordpress.com

  Status: clientTransferProhibited, ok

  To clarify, when the domain was registered here those were the name servers that we set.

  When you transfer the domain to another registrar (as you have done) those settings will often travel with the domain as it is transferred. But now that the domain is with another company we’re not able to help you change those.

  However, you can contact Hosting Concepts and ask them to change them to the settings you need to connect the domain to your new hosting account with them. They should be able to do this easily, and are in the best position to help.
