  Hello, I initially had my domain name with wordpress and unfortunately I wanted to go to IONOS, not satisfied at all, I would like to come back to wordpress with my same domain name but I have to pay again the 18 euros that I have already paid?

  Due to the regulations imposed by the organization which oversees all domain registrars (ICANN), you cannot transfer a domain within 60 days of registration or previous transfer.

  You can, however, still connect the domain to your WordPress.com site until then: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

  @jpmfotoreporter I do want to add, when you are able to transfer the domain back, you’ll either need a domain credit or to pay the transfer fee. But, when you do that, you’ll be adding another year to the registration, too, so the money won’t be lost.
