    Hi, so we purchased a domain name (white noise one.com) and then had it refused because we are going to buy the annual personal plan instead. However, when choosing a a green domain for the annual service, it says whitenoisezine.com is already in use. Can you help us address this issue!

    Hi there,

    The domain you registered (and then canceled) was whitenoisemagazine.com, not whitenoiseone.com. If you want to register whitenoiseone.com, you can do so as this domain is available.

    As for whitenoisezine.com that domain is already registered that’s why you cannot get it.
