  I want to know if I change my website to wordpress and transfer over my domain name does that automatically close down my current domain page/website and move it to wordpress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @barbgrandon, it doesn’t.

  If you get an account here, you will need to move the content. We can help confirm it imported properly. Then you can point your domain, and contact the old host to remove any features you aren’t using there. (You’ll want to keep the domain with them, of course.)

  What was the old site? If you’ll send a link I can try to recommend the best course of action from here.
