  Hello,
  Yesterday I register the domain name ‘www.thebiggreentherapy.com’ with a premium (personnel) account and cancelled it minutes later as I didn’t succeed to customize a template. But today I made research, and found a template that seems easy to use that I have to upload on WP but I could not use the domain name. Is were any chance that I can use this domain name with a premium registration?

  I see that you registered thebiggreentherapy.fr. Are you still wanting to use thebiggreentherapy.com? Hi there,

  If you’re wanting to keep your domain, you should never cancel it at your current host because once you decide to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it. Also, it usually takes a few weeks for your domain registration to clear and become available once you cancel it. There isn’t an exact time, however, so you’ll be checking consistently to see when it becomes available.

  I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore thebiggreentherapy.com to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back.
