Hi! I can’t figure out how to renew my domain name. It is not showing up under active upgrades in purchases. It doesn’t need to be renewed and in my Blue Host account it’s there. Thank you!

Sorry that was not what I meant to type. My domain name does not need renewing but that’s the error code that I keep getting when I try to go to my website. The domain name is in Blue Host but when I click the link, the error page pops up.

Your domain reggiejane.com is not registered with us on WordPress.com. That’s why it doesn’t show up under the list of purchases on your WordPress.com dashboard. Your site at reggiejane.com is also hosted by Bluehost. It uses WordPress.org, while we can provide help with WordPress.com sites on this forum.
There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.
I wasn’t sure exactly what issues you were facing with your site. You will likely need to contact Bluehost support for help, but just so we can understand the issue better, can you explain what’s happening?
