Domain Name
-
I upgraded to premium plan and bought a domain name. I later decided to cancel premium but I want to keep the domain name and transfer it to another registrar. How do I do this? I don’t see my domain name associated with my account anymore
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I see where you canceled and received a refund for your Premium upgrade, but I do not see any report of you ever registering your domain under your Premium upgrade. What is the domain URL that you purchased? I can take a look and see if it was registered under a different account.
Let me know, thanks!

I checked and found that out that the domain is registered with us, but it is under a different account than the one you have contacted us from. Do you happen to remember owning a different account?

i dont think so… Part of the reason I even upgraded to premium was so that I could have the custom domain name. When I got the refund, there was some notice that said it was only possible to transfer the domain name after 60 days of registration. later this notice disappeared and the domain was no longer associated with the account.

The domain has not yet been verified, so I resent the verification email to the account associated with the upgrade. I would check all of your emails to see if you received anything.

I have not received any verification in my email accounts. I actually recently received this email

I noticed you own eastarrealtors.net. Just letting you know that eastarrealtors.com is available for purchase through our company. If you are interested please let us know.
If not, have a nice day!Is it possible that this domain was taken from me?

Hi there,
No, I still see the domain registered with us securely. I also see that the domain is now verified. Are you still having trouble finding the account that the domain is associated with?
