Domain Name

    I am trying to start a new blog using the domain Moonstruck. would appear as (moonstruck.wordpress.com) The problem is there is a completely empty blog created 10 years ago using the domain. Is there any way I can contact the person or simply have the empty blog closed so I can use the name?
