Domain Name

  I am looking to create a new blog and calling it Moonstruck. But the domain is already taken, I looked into it and it’s taken by an empty blog created 10 years ago. Is there any way I can get the blog shut down, or contact the creator to get the domain for my project?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
