Hi there, I recently created a word press account for a business. I was redirected to woocommerce where there is a monthly fee for the services. Now that the site has been build, I need to get the domain name. Please let me know, do I have to purchase the premium package for business to secure the domain name or is it included when I was redirected to woocommerce?

If you are using WooCommerce you have a self hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site. The differences between the two are explained here:
You have two options for registering a domain:
1. Register the domain using a domain provider of your choice.
2. Register the domain through WordPress.com.
If you want to register a domain through us you will need an upgraded WordPress.com plan, such as the Personal plan. Each paid plan includes a free domain credit which you can use to register a domain:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/register-domain/
You can then update the name servers to point to your self hosted WordPress.org site:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-name-servers/
