Domain Name

  I just recently cancelled our subscription and that subscription included a domain name. I would like to know if we still own the name or not, and how can we get ahold of it.

  Hi there,

  You’ve deleted your site and cancelled the domain — which means you no longer own it.

  I can try to restore the domain but you’ll need to create another site in the account you are logged in to and purchase a plan (such as the Personal plan).

  Let me know when you’ve done so and I’ll try to restore the domain.
