domain name

i just deleted my old domain. when will it be available for purchase again
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site?
Be aware that deleting a URL is intended to be a permanent act and that is why warnings are given that one has to ignore to delete a site.
Deleted wordpress.COM blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and the only exceptions are made are for URLs that were deleted 2 or more years ago. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

https://elianahalevi.wordpress.com is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site.
You can register another URL. See: Adding a New Site or Blog to an Existing Account https://en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/#adding-a-new-site-or-blog-to-an-existing-account
Also know that it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.

http://wordpress.com/pricing/ -
Its not a blog though, it was elianaluzada.com
and the man on the other end helping me never mentioned that?? He just said it would not be immediately available after (meaning it would be available again after sometime!!) -
Thanks for posting the URL. When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Then we subscribe to this thread so we are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

Hey there,
If you’re wanting to use your domain at a different host, you should never cancel it at your current host – once you decide to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it. Also, it usually takes a few weeks for your domain registration to clear and become available once you cancel it. There isn’t an exact time, however, so you’ll be checking consistently to see when it becomes available.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/
For more information on using the domain elsewhere, please see:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/move-domain/
If you recently registered the domain, you have to wait 60 days before you are able to transfer your domain to a different host, but in the meantime, you can use the domain with your site by pointing the nameservers over to your new host:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-name-servers/
I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore the domain back to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back.
Let me know if you would like for me to try and regain the domain for you.
Thanks!
