  What exactly do you want to change? I only see a free site, http://laetitiakwanthemoviecritic.wordpress.com/, in your account, and you can change the free address for that site at any time at no cost:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  You only need to buy a paid plan if you want to register a custom domain to use instead of the free address. There is no way to use a custom domain for free.
