Hello! I used to have the wordpress site tickledviscera.wordpress.com, and I deleted it because the template I selected was incorrect, but now that name can’t be used at all. Is there any way to unlock it so that I might make it again?

There was no need to delete a site because you didn’t like the theme. Themes can be changed. It all depends how long ago you deleted the site. If it was less than 30 days ago staff can recover the address (you request that and also add the word modlook to the tag box on the right to gain the attention of a member of staff). If the site was deleted more than 30 days ago then it has gone past the point of recovery. https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Another option would be to upgrade to a paid plan where you may be able to use the address of your choice with a different suffix such as .com instead of .wordpress.com.
