Domain Name

    To whom may concern ,

    I recently purchased the Premium Plan and cancelled it and then I purchased the Personal Plan and also cancelled it.

    When I cancelled the Premium Plan I only got 70eu back from 96eu as I wanted to keep the domain so then I only had to pay 28eu for the Personal Plan (as I already had the domain). However when I cancelled the Personal plan I only got the 28eu refund back and the domain name was abandoned.

    So in summary , I lost 26eu.

    What can I do to get back my domain name without purchasing any plan?
