    I need an official domain such as ‘www.iimsniveshak.com’ or so, please tell me the process, i expect to send the website address to people without the name of wordpress coming on the domain name.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi niveshakblog,

    A custom domain can be registered with these steps:

    Register a New Domain

    Once the domain has been registered and set as the primary domain, visitors will no longer see the free address containing “.wordpress.com” in their browser’s address bar.

    It’s worth noting that WordPress.com automatically removes the “www” from domains — visitors will be directed to a non “www” version.
