  I’m writing to find out if the domain name http://www.motaglivingmuseum.com is owned by any of the following:
  Maylynn ‘Nenette’ Graf
  Louise Henwood
  or under the e-mail address (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  How can we go about claiming (back) the domain name?

  Hi @motaglivingmuseum, the domain itself is not registered here so we can’t say who owns it. Here’s all the information we have:

  But your account did once have upgrades that made it work here.

  Since the domain is pointed to our name servers, it will automatically start working again if you add a plan with mapping again. This is assuming you have control over the domain and do not point it elsewhere.
