  I am not sure if this page has already have a domain name? I was going to pay by paypal for a year domain name and webpage, lost the connection and I cannot see where to get my chosen plan and how to pay, how to choose the domain name.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I don’t see any purchases in your account, no. If you did not complete the payment process on PayPal’s end, the upgrades would not have been added to your account.

  To add a plan and custom domain again, go to My Site ->Plans and buy the plan you want. Then go to My Site ->Manage ->Domains to register your domain:
