Hello,
I sent a request a few days ago to get my domain name back as it went into the redemption process. I’ve not heard anything back yet.
When can I expect a response?

We reached out to the domain owner in regards to recovering the domain and still have no heard back from them. Before proceeding with the recovery, we have to get their confirmation. Are you the owner of the other blog? If so, please post in this thread under that account to confirm ownership and we will proceed with restoring the domain.

The blog is using my email address and I have received no emails from you to restore the domain. As I explained to support, the email account was changed to receive your response because the previous email account no longer works as the domain had expired. So where was this communication sent to? Not to the admin email.

Hi –
We aren’t able to divulge account details. You’ll be able to recover the account with your transaction id from the renewal last year. It was in March 2018. Once you find that ID you can recover the account through the process that fstat linked in his reply.
Please note that the transaction ID is unique to your account. Do not post it here in the public forums.

Ok we have found the correct account and paid the redemption and renewal fee. Hopefully this can now be added back to the account. Many Thanks

Good news: they’ve returned the domain, so we’ve added it back to your account.
