    I deleted my subscription; however, it still says the domain name is taken. How do I free up this domain name to use elsewhere?

    Hi there,

    Since you canceled the domain within 24 hours from registration it will be released within a week and be available for registration again.

    We don’t have an exact date for when this will happen and therefore you need to manually try and register it before someone else can claim it.

    I have the same question. I am looking to transfer my domain and am unable to do so. What do I need to do to transfer my domain?

    If you’re referring to the domain from this thread, no need to transfer now, actually. You should be able to register it somewhere else, as it’s already been released.
