  Hello,

  By trying to migrate my site to another host, I deleted my current site.
  Unfortunately I deleted all of my site and I can not find any way to recover my domain name.

  When we go to ‘add a domain name’
  This message appears above ‘This domain has already been assigned to a WordPress.com site’. and impossible to do anything …

  The domain name is wfinvest.fr
  If you go on it, you will see ‘This domain is parked’

  Can you help me please? how to recover my domain name?

  Hi there,

  Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future.

  At the moment it is still possible for us to restore the domain, wfinvest.fr, to your account. In order to do that, we will also need to restore the deleted WordPress.com site, wfinvest.wordpress.com, to your account.

  Please confirm if we should do this.

  Hello,

  Thanks for your help.
  Yes I wish to get it back however my site is on the platform WIX, so I transferred my domain name on this platform and that’s why I canceled my subscription at WordPress.
  Can I redeem it via Wix or only via WordPress?

  If not, I recover the domain name via WordPress then I transfer it again on WIX?

  Thank you very much for your help, however the site link still does not work, and I would like to transfer the domain name to the wix platform since the site is online via this platform normally.

  The domain is still with us but you have pointed it to your site at Wix by changing its name servers. To completely transfer it you need to follow the instructions below, as the ones I provided before are the wrong ones.
