  hello i canceled today my membership cause i was still incapable of building my own website, and i asked also for the cancelation of my domain name. it seams that it still exists. how would it cost me to get it back?

  Hi there,

  Your domain has been cancelled, so it no longer exists. But cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future.

  We can still restore the domain to your account at this point, but you’ll have to buy a new plan for your site as we’ve already refunded you for your original payment.

  Alternatively, if you want to use the domain somewhere else and are willing to wait a few days, this domain should be released again towards the start of next week, at which point you’ll be able to register it somewhere else.

  Please let me know if you’d prefer to restore it immediately or wait a few days.
