  I created my domain name in Bluehost this morning….why won’t WordPress recognize it???

  Wordpress.com and Bluehost are both offering hosting but are in no way related to each other. If you want to use the domain you registered with Bluehost on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to a paid plan with domain mapping, https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/
