  Hi there,

  I had bought a domain name everglowhair.com back in July and now I would want to start building the actual website. However, when I want to start the process I have the option either to buy a domain or to transfer it from an external provider. How can I have access to my actual domain name and get started? Thank you

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the everglowhair.com domain. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the site. You’ll need to log into THAT user account in order to access it.
