I want to upgrade with a custom domain name and also need storage space. However, when I visit the link to upgrade, it asks for payment. How would I get to know what domain name I would get once I pay for it? Also, what kind of basic design customization would be available. I look forward to support. Regards

Hi there,
You get whatever domain you register. You decide. We don’t randomly select one for you.
You can either go to My Site ->Plans first and select a plan. After purchasing the plan, go to My Site ->Domains ->Add, and you’ll be taken through the steps to register your domain.
Or you can start with the domains step. Just note in this case the Premium Plan will be added automatically, so if you rather want the cheaper Personal Plan, first purchase the plan and register the domain afterwards.
Regarding customization, on the free and Personal Plans, you can select from a number of free Google fonts for your site, and some themes have pre-set colour palettes you can apply to change the colour scheme of your site.
With Premium and Business you get more fonts to choose from, more colour palettes but also the option of changing the colour of individual elements on your site, and the ability to further customize your theme by adding CSS code in the Customizer.
