Domain name and plan purchased never appeared on our WordPress account

    Hello,

    We have purchased a domain name and plan, without creating a website on our worpdress account.

    A bit later, we have change the account’s e-mail address so that the webdesigner could have the hand for the website creation.

    When she rrived on the account there was no domain neither plan, the “purchase” was totally blank.

    We asked the support for help several times, and we are just turning in circle, with no clear solution. We have the proof of purchase and have submitted to them all the proof, and we do see on our bank account that it has been paid.

    We need to create a website urgently for the project and therefore use our plan.

    We really need to solve this very soon, we are already very late now.

    I noticed that the issue you’re facing is because you’re logged into a different account than the one associated with your subscriptions. In this case, you’ll need to log out of your current session and then log in again using another email address you might have used previously.

    1 – We have changed the first e-mail address used, to use this one (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    Why? Because it was impossible to use a password to login, it was always sending a link by mail and the websdesigner was unable to access WordPress as I shoud have forwarded everytime the login link to her.

    2 – As the first address has been changed it is not possible to login to the account with this previous e-mail address. I don’t know what you keep telling try to log with the previous e-mail. It has been changed it can’t be used anymore to log in.

    3- Why would changing the account’s e-mail address would have prevented us from seeing the domain and plan purchased? You offer the possibility to change e-mail, all the account should be accessible in the same manner..

    4 – We must solved this very quickly.

    For information, we have NEVER seen our plan on the Purchase page of our WordPress account.

    Can you confirm that the domain name clostudio.org has been purchased by (email visible only to moderators and staff) ?

    The issue is that if you send me back to the standard support by e-mail, we have been discussing several times with it already and turning in circles since days..
