  Hi,
  i have beentrying to transfer my domain name to the wordpress site, and for some reason it is not accepting the authentication code which has been sent to me by the domain name provider. could you please guide me through the possible ways of registering m y domain name? thanks

  Hi there,

  Are you typing in the auth code, or copy-pasting it from an email or your domain provider’s website? Please try typing it in, as copying can sometimes include invisible characters that cause our validation to fail. Also make sure to include any punctuation or special characters that form part of the code.

  What domain are you trying to transfer, and from which domain provider?

  Can you also please confirm you’ve owned this domain for more than 60 days, and you haven’t made any changes to the contact information in the past 60 days?
