Domain name change?

  I want to change my domain name from blognwriter.com to kimchartres.com. I’ve searched the support section but I’m still unsure how to do it. Can I please get some help? Thanks

  Hi there!

  There’s no way to change a registered domain. You’ll need to register a new one by selecting “Register a New Domain” here:

  https://wordpress.com/domains

  Thanks for answering that. One more question. When it comes time to renew the existing domain name but I don’t want to keep it, am I able to change the name at that time and still have access to the site? I hope that makes sense.

  You’ll always have access to the site by visiting blognwriter.wordpress.com. You can add and remove domains at any time and still have access to that site.
