    I already have a site on wordpress, but unfortunately can’t access it because my domain name purchase through Godaddy has expired.

    I have changed the name of my website and I need to have it pointed to the old site.

    It sounds like your site was created with self hosted WordPress.org software (rather than WordPress.com) but if you send a link to the domain you need help with, I can double check that and point you in the right direction for getting some support.

    If you wish to continue using the expired domain, please contact GoDaddy for more information about whether recovery is still possible.
