domain name change

Hi,
I previously had a wordpress website hosted with siteground which I had not used. I also had registered a spare domain name. I logged into siteground and swapped the preferred domain names over and now cannot log on to my wordpress site. WordPress admin wont let me log in and sitegrounds end keeps sending me an mapping upgrade error. I’m truly at my wits end. Can anyone please help? Kevin. -

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
