Domain name charge address update

Hi. I contacted help a while ago as I was getting notices that my payment for my clairvoyant design.com domain name was about to expire. I tried to pay but since I moved to Kuwait your payment system won’t accept my address. I was told that my issue would be investigated and I have not heard of any solution. Now my domain name mapping has stopped. Please help!
