Domain Name Expired

  Hello. Due to my mother’s bereavement I missed the emails relating to my expired domain name. I need to get my domain name back – it is dwlondonconsulting.com – please can you let me know how to do this?

  Hi there,

  Your domain expired and it’s now in redemption. This means that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else.

  A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

  For that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.

  Hello – i have now made this payment. please can you confirm when I will get my emails back working – i use gmail for (email visible only to moderators and staff) – i need to get this back working please

  Thanks for your payment, I’ve contacted our domain registrar. We usually receive a reply in 1-2 business days but I’ll let you know as soon as I have more information.

  We might need to help you reconfigure the DNS records your email require to work, but hopefully we’ll be able to restore those automatically in which case it should start working again almost immediately. But once the domain is restored we can take a look.
